How it works, step by step

Send us your trip dates
Once a trip is confirmed we issue a letter of invitation on company letterhead with your itinerary and our registration details. This is what the e-visa application asks for.

Apply on the official portal
Applications go through the government e-visa portal. Have your passport scan, a photograph, the invitation letter and your hotel confirmations ready — we send the last two.

Tourist visa, usually 30 days
Processing times vary by nationality and by season. Apply at least three to four weeks before you travel, and longer if your trip includes a restricted zone.

NOC where it is genuinely needed
Hunza, Skardu, Gilgit, Astore, Ghizer and Khunjerab need no NOC. Restricted zones near the Line of Control do, and so do Central Karakoram trekking permits. Two to four weeks.

Arrival and registration
We meet you at the airport. Foreign nationals are registered at checkposts along the Karakoram Highway and at Sost before Khunjerab — carry several photocopies of your passport and visa pages.

- Letter of invitation from us
- Confirmed hotel bookings for the trip
- Return or onward ticket
- Proof of funds, if asked for your nationality
Common questions
No. A valid Pakistani visa covers Hunza, Skardu, Gilgit, Shigar, Khaplu, Astore, Ghizer, Fairy Meadows and Khunjerab Pass. Only restricted zones near the Line of Control and certain trekking areas need an NOC.
It varies by nationality and by how busy the season is. Apply three to four weeks ahead; longer if your trip needs an NOC or a trekking permit.
Some nationalities are eligible for visa-on-arrival under the tourist scheme, and the list changes. Do not rely on it for a trip you have already paid for — check the official portal for your passport before booking flights.
Not for confirmed bookings — it is part of the service. We do not issue invitation letters on their own.
Not as a tourist on foot. You can stand at the gate; crossing needs a Chinese visa and an official crossing, and the border is closed through winter.
